Core Services

  • Family Based Immigrant Visas

    Certain family members of U.S. Citizens and Lawful Permanent Residents may apply to come to live in the United States permanently with their relatives.

  • Adjustment of Status

    In certain circumstances, an individual present in the U.S. can become a Lawful Permanent Resident and live in the country permanently.

  • Processing for Immigrant Visas

    In certain cases, individuals who reside outside of the U.S. can apply to become a Lawful Permanent Resident at the U.S. consulate post in their home country.

  • Fiancé Visas

    If intending to marry, a U.S. Citizen may petition his or her fiancé or fiancée to come to the U.S. so that the couple can marry and the foreign born fiancé or fiancée may apply to become a Lawful Permanent Resident.

  • U.S. Citizenship and Naturalization

    Certain Lawful Permanent Residents may apply to become U.S. Citizens after a certain period of time. In addition, certain children of U.S. Citizens may derive U.S. Citizenship from their parents.

  • Temporary Visas

    Certain foreign nationals may qualify for visas to come to the U.S. for a specific amount of time for a specific purpose such as work or vacation. Examples of these visas include B-1/B-2 (Tourists); E-1/E-2 (Investors); H-1B (Specialty Workers); TN (Temporary Professionals from Mexico and Canada).

  • Waivers/Pardons

    Due to past events such as unlawful presence in the U.S., a criminal conviction, or deportation, a foreign born individual may not qualify to become a Lawful Permanent Resident without a waiver or pardon for what has occurred.

  • Removal Defense

    Certain foreign born individuals who are in the process of deportation or removal from the U.S. may qualify to apply to stay in this country and, thus, prevent their deportation.

  • Special Visas

    Certain foreign born individuals who are present in the U.S. may qualify to affirmatively file applications to receive permission to remain in the country. These individuals include victims of certain crimes such as domestic violence, juveniles who are present in the U.S. without their parents, and relatives of members of the military.
